Lost and Found Property
There has been a number of lost items handed into the Estate Office and security.
Please don't hesitate to contact or visit the Estate Office if you have lost any personal items!
Our office times are 08:00am to 16:30pm, Monday to Friday and our contact number is 9743 6612.

New Toddler's Playground
An official small ceremony opening was held on Saturday, 1st August 2020 by John Sidoti, our local Member of Parliament, along with attendance by Andrew Ferguson, Councilor of Canada Bay Council, Clayton James (Chairman), Michael Horn (Project Manager), Mark Galvez (Estate Manager) as well as well-known Peter Wood Former Chairperson of the EC for many years, and others.
Our sincere thanks go to the NSW State Government and all those who tirelessly worked behind the scenes to bring this assets to our wonderful community.
The Playground was kindly funded by NSW Government.

The new Toddlers' Playground, designed for children from 2 - 6 years, is located in the Village Green adjacent to the existing playground for older children and has already evolved into the No.1 attraction of our Estate.
