The Statement documents all the relevant By-Laws to which the Estate abides by, to ensure a peaceful, community-living environment. The policies enclosed within this document are uniform across all residents of Liberty Grove. These policies have been thoughtfully collaborated to cover all aspects of community living, and to assure prospective residents, and current residents alike, of a peaceful cohabitation.

The terms outlined in the Community Management Statement (CMS) are binding on the Association, each Subsidiary Body within the Community Scheme and each person who is a proprietor, leasee, occupier or mortgagee in possession of a Community Development Lot or Strata Lot within the Community Scheme.
