If at any time a resident of Liberty Grove feels unsafe for any reason, they are able to contact security on 0405 998 633. Security will attend and assist to the extent that they can. For serious matters, security can contact the appropriate emergency services (000) and assist in any way possible until emergency services arrive.

The "Security Handbook" has been designed to assist the Liberty Grove's security guards in the execution of their duties within the Liberty Grove community complex. This handbook provides general precautions and procedures applicable to most situations. No handbook will provide the guideline for every situation; nor should any single manual be relied upon as the sole source of safety and security information for the Liberty Grove community. 

The security guards at Liberty Grove are employed and managed by the Estate Manager. Any issues involving security should be initially addressed to the Estate Manager during normal office hours.

Liberty Grove has Security personnel on site seven (7) days a week. This is to ensure that all residents of Liberty Grove feel safe at all times. During the peak summer period, there may be additional security personnel's on duty. 


CCTV cameras have also been installed around the community facilities and common areas to ensure the safety of residents by assisting to identify potential hazards and the prevention of criminal activities.

There are brochures that have been prepared by the NSW Police to inform you what actions you can take to protect your Home, Cars, Bikes and valuables and minimize the possibility of theft.

While on security patrols, the security guards will observe the actions and behavior of people within Liberty Grove to ensure that there is as little disturbance to residents as possible. If security guards see any actions or behavior that breaches the community by-laws, a by-law breach notice will be issued. This is effective in preventing further breaches of the community by-laws.


Security and the Estate Office works alongside to ensure that the community by-laws are adhered to and appropriate actions will be taken to uphold the by-laws.
